We would like to invite you to a unique bean-to-bar tasting experience, where you can enjoy original
varietal cocoa and chocolate sourced directly from Colombia and Peru.
Have you ever tasted premium varietal cocoa or chocolate?
Come and discover the unique varietal cocoa – from cocoa bean to chocolate – directly from
Colombia and Peru at a bean-to-bar tasting in our Kakaoterria on Jesenského Street, and enjoy sweet
moments.

Guided cocoa tasting experience for 1 person
Tasting of 9 samples (10 g each) in bean to bar style (starting with pure cocoa beans and sweetened
beans, followed by tasting of cocoa mass dissolved in water, and finishing with chocolate chunks)
Chocolate selection: 80% Colombian Varietal Chocolate, 80% Orange Chocolate, Gold Chocolate,
50% Peruvian Chocolate, 70% Peruvian Chocolate

Presentation of the Colombian partner regions where the tasting samples originate.
The tasting will be led by Branislav Heleš, who will guide you through the magic of varietal cocoa. He
has gained his knowledge directly on the cocoa plantations and specialised training courses.

Duration: approx. 90-120 min
